By accessing and using the services of FurnitureShine Pro Canada ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

FurnitureShine Pro Canada provides professional furniture cleaning services throughout Canada, including but not limited to:

• Upholstery and fabric cleaning
• Leather furniture care and restoration
• Mattress deep cleaning and sanitization
• Fabric protection applications
• Maintenance and care consultations

3. Service Scheduling and Appointments

All services must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to:

• Confirm appointment availability
• Reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
• Refuse service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate
• Require pre-service consultation for complex cleaning projects

4. Pricing and Payment

Service prices are as quoted and may vary based on:

• Type and size of furniture
• Condition and fabric type
• Additional treatments requested
• Location and accessibility

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about furniture and cleaning needs
• Ensuring safe and clear access to furniture to be cleaned
• Removing valuable or fragile items from the work area
• Disclosing any known allergens or sensitivities
• Being present during service or arranging for authorized representation

6. Service Guarantee and Limitations

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. However, we cannot guarantee:

• Complete removal of all stains, particularly set-in or aged stains
• Color restoration on faded or worn fabrics
• Structural repairs to damaged furniture
• Results on previously cleaned items that may have residual chemicals

7. Liability and Insurance

FurnitureShine Pro Canada is fully insured and bonded. Our liability is limited to the actual value of services provided. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage not disclosed during consultation
• Damage due to customer negligence or misuse
• Shrinkage or color bleeding in fabrics not tested
• Indirect or consequential damages

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a service charge.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and proprietary cleaning methods, are the intellectual property of FurnitureShine Pro Canada and are protected by Canadian copyright laws.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Canadian laws in the province where services were provided.
