1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing exceptional furniture cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we will:
- Return to re-clean the item at no additional charge within 7 days
- Work with you to address any specific concerns
- Provide alternative cleaning methods if appropriate
2. Refund Eligibility
Full or partial refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service not performed as described or scheduled
- Damage caused by our negligence during the cleaning process
- Failure to achieve reasonable cleaning results after re-service attempt
- Cancellation of service by FurnitureShine Pro Canada
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of service completion
- Provide detailed description of the issue
- Allow opportunity for re-service before requesting refund
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days
4. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days
- Cash payments: Check issued within 10 business days
- Bank transfers: 2-3 business days
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Pre-existing damage not disclosed during consultation
- Normal wear and aging of furniture
- Customer dissatisfaction with natural fabric characteristics
- Results on heavily soiled items that require multiple treatments
- Services completed more than 30 days ago
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered when:
- Only portion of service was unsatisfactory
- Customer opts not to allow re-service attempt
- Service was partially completed due to unforeseen circumstances
- Additional treatments were unsuccessful
7. Service Credits
As an alternative to monetary refunds, we may offer:
- Service credits for future cleaning
- Complimentary maintenance treatments
- Discount on additional furniture cleaning services
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:

- Submit complaint to Better Business Bureau
- Contact Consumer Protection agencies in your province
